La Fontanella Recorder Ensemble.

Place: SDA Church Hall, Pearces Creek Road,

The ensemble plays both classical and modern items using the whole range of recorders, from sopranino down to the
sub
contra great bass (the largest of a set of five imported from Germany), but players usually purchase
their own instruments (descant, treble, tenor or bass).
Robert Dingle and Don Halliday share the conducting.
New players are welcome, whether or not you have played before.
Robert (phone 6622 0556) or Don (phone 6628 7808) will be happy to start you off, give practical instruction
and advice.

month during school terms.
All financial subjects discussed, from pensions to share tips. All welcome.

Commences: February 3. Time: 2.00pm to 4.00pm Place: Lismore Neighbourhood Centre and members homes.

have read.

This class is for instruction, hands-on participation and social fun. Members learn about cameras, better picture-taking
techniques and getting from camera to print. They engage in friendly competitions and have their pictures appraised by
a competent judge. Picture-taking outings are scheduled from time to time and usually end in a social lunch or picnic.
Family, friends and other U3A members are welcome to join us on our outings.
